Meet Ali

Hi, I’m Ali. I’m a licensed therapist with 20 years of experience and the author of two books. I help women in transition who want to break old patterns, listen to their inner wisdom, and move into a life that feels exciting.

My approach blends IFS, somatic therapy, and nervous system work with the grounded soulfulness of mindfulness and self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, understand the parts of you that rise up during times of change, and help you reconnect with the deeper Self that has been guiding you all along.

For two decades, I’ve sat with women who are navigating big shifts. Careers changing. Identities evolving. Old patterns loosening.

I understand what it’s like to feel in-between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming. It can be confusing, hopeful, overwhelming, and sacred all at once.
