Meet Ali
Hi! I’m Ali, a therapist of 20 years and author of two books. I help high-achieving, self-aware women untangle the old patterns of anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing—so they can live in freedom, confidence, and ease.
My approach blends the science of CBT, IFS, and Somatic Therapy with the soulfulness of mindfulness, self-compassion, and boundary work.
Together, we’ll get to the root of old patterns and create lasting change.
Why Work With Me
For two decades, I’ve walked alongside women who look “put together” but don’t feel okay in the inside. I get how heavy it is to carry other people’s expectations at the expense of your own joy.
